A highly experienced and respected broadcaster, Richard Graves has spent more than 30 years working across television, radio, and live events — delivering trusted, engaging coverage with professionalism and polish.
Before going freelance, Richard spent 17 years with Sky Sports, reporting on some of the world’s biggest sporting occasions. His career has taken him from local radio commentary on Leeds United, covering Champions League and Europa League semi-finals to working on the Premier League, England’s Ashes and World Cup cricket triumphs. Covering the Olympics (winter and summer Games) along with live, on location coverage from eight Super Bowls with the NFL.
Now an independent broadcaster, Richard continues to bring his trademark expertise and credibility to a wide range of projects across television, radio and digital media. Working with leading international organisations such as IMG, NFL Network, and Olympic Broadcasting Services, reflecting his versatility and reputation for excellence on the global stage.
An accomplished presenter and journalist. He is also the host of the Science for Sport Podcast, where he interviews leading figures from the world of sports performance, sharing insight and analysis with a global audience.
Outside of broadcasting, Richard is an experienced event host, fronting everything from “Evenings with…” sporting personalities to corporate award nights, combining warmth, professionalism, and authority on stage.
